1. The agreement
By using WakeHero, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. These terms form an agreement between you and Northstack Studio.
2. The app is free
WakeHero is completely free. There is no account, no login, no subscription, no in-app purchase, and no billing of any kind. You do not need to register or provide any payment information to use it.
3. License to use the app
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use WakeHero on devices you own or control, for your own use. You may not resell the app, or attempt to copy, modify, or reverse-engineer it, except where the law expressly permits.
4. Acceptable use
Use WakeHero only for lawful purposes. Do not use it in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the app, or interfere with anyone else's use of it.
5. Alarm reliability — please read
WakeHero relies on your device's notification system to ring alarms. It is your responsibility to make sure your device settings allow alarms to sound. To keep alarms reliable: keep notifications enabled for WakeHero, keep the device powered on, and be aware that silent mode, Do Not Disturb, Low Power Mode, battery optimization, or operating-system limitations can prevent an alarm from ringing.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WakeHero and Northstack Studio are not liable for missed or late alarms caused by device settings, silent or Do Not Disturb modes, low power mode, the device being off, or operating-system behaviour outside our control.
6. "As is", no warranty
WakeHero is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that alarms will always ring. You use the app at your own risk.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Northstack Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, WakeHero.
8. Intellectual property
WakeHero, including its name, design, and software, is owned by Northstack Studio and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not transfer any ownership to you.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. If the change is material, we will update this page and revise the date above. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
